Mahmoud Baligh, the acting minister of Public Works, is contracting two private companies to build an Andkhoy Road and road to Qurghan, Faryab province, on four lines of transport, with a total of 443 million and 880,000 AFN from the Afghan government and contribution of Japan government was signed in Kabul.
