ASADABAD, Oct 10, 2012: Afghan and NATO military officials attend a ceremony in the provincial capital city of Asadabad celebrating the handover of the city's and three districts' security responsibility to Afghans.  The handover was part of the fourth phase of the security transition from NATO to Afghan forces.
