KANDAHAR CITY, Oct 22, 2018: NDS chief Mohammad Masoum Stanikzai on Monday said at a press conference, that the killer of Kandahar police chief Gen. Abdul Raziq had been appointed as the governor’s security guard with fake National ID card and personnel guarantee.
