MAZAR-I-SHARIF, Feb 18, 2014: Weapons are being displayed for media-people during its handover ceremony to Disbandment of Illegal Armed Group (DIAG) in northern Balkh province.
The weapons were collected from illegal armed groups by provincial police headquarters, an official said.
