The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) said on Wednesday it needed $14.5 million to provide emergency food and nutrition assistance for over 80,000 flood-affected people in Afghanistan.
Fourteen members of a family, including nine children, have lost their lives and 12 others were wounded as a result of a traffic accident in Pakistan’s Punjab province, a media report said on Sunday.
