The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) on Sunday confirmed that its representative would attend the upcoming Doha meeting on Afghanistan.

Three people have been killed and three others injured as a result of a clash between residents and security personnel on a land dispute in eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Friday.
