KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Public Health Minister Dr. Qalandar Ebad and his Pakistani counterpart have agreed on a single policy to address problems pertaining to visa issue of Afghan patients and eradication of polio in Afghanistan and Pakistan, according to a statement on Saturday.
