The Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute (ATVI), The Prisons Affairs Management Authority (PAMA), the Ministry of Interior (MoI), the Islamic Bank, the Afghanistan National Bank (ANB) and an NGO have signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
