Baghlan road

Residents of seven districts in northeastern Baghlan province say roads connecting their districts with the provincial capital, Pul-i-Khumri city, are in bad condition and sometimes emergency patients die on the way to hospital.

Construction work has been launched on six-kilometer road in Pul-i-Khumri city, the capital of northern Baghlan province, an official said on Saturday.
