Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) has kicked off high-level discussions with a Turkmen delegation on major power projects, including the TAP project, transmission of a 220-kilovolt electricity line to Herat’s Noor-ul-Jihad substation and several other large-scale energy schemes.
