Kandahar cotton

Farmers in southern Kandahar province have complained about low cotton rates and fainted market conditions despite the existence of cotton processing factories.

The Chamber of Industry and Mines says about one million tons of cotton is expected to reach from fields to cotton processing factories in southern Kandahar province this year.
