he Ministry of Justice (MoJ) says the law governing Hajj instructors has been promulgated and published in the official gazette, alongside the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) leadership’s decree aimed at preventing improper customs during departures for Hajj and Umrah, weddings, mourning ceremonies and upon return from the pilgrimages.
