The Ministry of Vice and Virtue and Complaints Hearing (MoVV) has condemned Australia’s decision to impose sanctions on four senior officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA), saying such actions show that these countries and organizations “neither understand human rights nor are committed to them.”

The Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Hearing Complaints (MoVV) said its officers addressed 67 cases related to women’s Sharia rights this week and resolved 10 feuds and 28 disputes, both major and minor, among tribes and families across the country.
