Afghanistan set to join ‘SCO plus’ meeting in Bishkek
A Russian presidential aide says an “SCO Plus” meeting will be held following the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in Bishkek, with Afghanistan and several other countries expected to participate.
