KUNDUZ CITY (PAN): Three civilians were killed and 11 others injured in a suicide bombing on Sunday in the northern province of Kunduz, according to Interior Ministry.
The suicide bomber detonated his explosives at 9:10 am as an International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) convoy was traveling along the airport road of Kunduz City.
Three civilians were killed and 11 others wounded in the car bombing that hit a covey of German troops, a statement from interior ministry stated.
A military vehicle belonging to German forces was also damaged in the attack said, the governor’s spokesman, Mahbubullah Sayedi, who had no information about military casualties.
No one so far has claimed responsibility for the attack.
