JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Three Turkish engineers were killed and a fourth injured when a motorcycle bomb exploded near their passing vehicle in the Behsud district of eastern Nangarhar province on Monday, an official said.
A bystander child was also injured in the blast that targeted the van carrying the Turkish nationals in Biniga locality at around 8:00 am.
Mohammad Siddiqui Daulatzai, the town’s administrative head, said the explosives had been planted on a motorbike that went off as a Turkish company’s vehicle carrying workers was passing through the area.
