KABUL (Pajhwok): NATO’s civilian spokesman Christopher Chambers said on Tuesday Afghan security forces had the capability of beating back the insurgency without combat support from the coalition after 2014.
Addressing a press conference at the Ministry of Interior (MoI), he said the NATO-led Resolute Support mission would begin in less than a month to train, advise and assist Afghan forces.
