KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani has vowed to establish durable peace in the country even if it costs him his life.
In a meeting with members of Grand Ulama Council on Friday, the president said sincere efforts were underway to remove obstacles in the way of peace.
A statement from the Presidential Palace said that Ulama lauded Ghani’s decision to stand by Saudi Arabia on the Yemen crisis.
