KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): The Water and Energy Department of northern Kunduz province on Monday named 670 electricity bill defaulters including some government entities and powerful individuals owing more than 190 million afghanis in outstanding amounts.
The department director, Eng. Hamidullah, told journalists that some powerful individuals and civil and military agencies had been refusing to pay their electricity arrears for years.
