KABUL (Pajhwok): Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Abdullah Abdullah on Tuesday said some ministries had so far spent only 20 percent of their development budget allocations, stressing capacity-building at government agencies.
Speaking with some Cabinet ministers at Sapidar Palace here, Abdullah said the Finance Minister’s report that was presented to the Council of Ministers at its previous meeting indicated that some ministries had used up to 60 percent of their development funds, but others used only 20 percent on average during the first half of the ongoing . . .
