KABUL suicide bombers in capital Kabul before they could detonate their explosives.
A statement from the National Directorate of Security (NDS) said the two alleged bombers planned to strike a police training centre in the 9th police district, but they were shot dead after being identified by the NDS personnel.
The NDS said the insurgents wanted to wreak havoc once again among Kabul residents and civilians, but did not succeed.
