ASADABAD (Pajhwok): Militants kidnapped a man along with three sons in eastern Kunar province, where eight people were wounded in a traffic incident in Watapur district, an official said on Monday.
Police chief Brig. Gen. Abdul Habib Syedkhel told Pajhwok Afghan News the insurgents stormed a house in the Noor Gal district on Sunday night and took the man and his sons.
He said two of the man’s sons managed to escape but their father and one brother were still in rebels’ captivity.
Separately, eight people were wounded in a traffic mishap . . .
