PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Protestors, demanding the shifting of Baghlan’s capital to the Baghlan-i-Markazi district, blocked the Baghlan-Kunduz highway for a third day running on Saturday.
Over the past two days, more than 200 people have blocked the busy highway in the Parchawah area of Baghlan-i-Markazi district. But the road was reopened after intervention from local officials.
For the second time, they again closed the road at 10:30am on Friday, puttingcarpets on the highway until 5pm.
