JALALABAD (Pajhwok): A dozen militants including nine foreign nationals were killed in a drone strike by foreign troops in eastern Nangarhar province, officials said on Sunday.
The incident took place on Saturday night in Khogyani district, killing a dozen of insurgents, the governor’s spokesman, Ahmad Zai Abdulzai, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Lt. Col. Hazrat Hussain Mashriqiwal said the unmanned aircraft targeted a group of insurgents in the Khogyani district, killing a dozen of militants, including nine foreign nationals.
