MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): The police chief for northern Balkh province on Sunday said he had issued an arrest warrant for an Afghan Local Police (ALP) commander over allegedly attacking a house.
Two days ago, the ALP commander allegedly raided the house of Maulvi in the house.
