KABUL Manpreet Vohra on Wednesday formally took charge of office in Kabul.
Replacing Amar Sinha, Vohra wrote in his twitter account: “I have arrived in Kabul and have started my first day’s work here.”
Vohra has served as secretary-general of Indian Ministry of External.
