KABUL (Pajhwok): Interior Minister Noorul Haq Ulumi has submitted his resignation after the unity government leaders expressed their dissatisfaction with his performance, a source confided to Pajhwok Afghan News on Saturday.
The government source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said President Ashraf Ghani and CEO Abdullah Abdullah, not satisfied with Ulumi’s performance, had decided to appoint a new interior minister in his place.
