TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): The graveling of a 10-kilometre road in the capital of central Uruzgan province has been completed, an official said on Sunday.
Deputy Governor Sher Bacha Orgoni told Pajhwok Afghan News the project cost 17 million afghanis which had been paid by the World Bank (WB).
He said the road, connecting a large number of villages to Tirinkot city, would resolve people’s transportation problems. The road, starting from Tirinkot, reached up to Tangi area of Dehrawud district, he added.
