PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Construction work on a second road between capital Kabul and central Logar province was inaugurated on Tuesday.
Public Works Minister Mahmood Baligh, Logar governor Mohammad Halim Fidai, provincial council members, other local officials and people attended the inauguration ceremony for the 65-kilometre road.
Baligh said the road’s construction process would be completed in three phases, with the first phase costing 598 million afghanis.
