PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): A newly-constructed building for the provincial education department of central Logar province was inaugurated on Thursday.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Logar education director Mohammad Akbar Stanikzai said the structure cost 21.3 million afghanis provided by the World Bank and took one year to complete.
