KABUL (Pajhwok): Pajhwok Afghan News has obtained documents that show the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has appointed two senior officials at the Heratan Dry port in northern Balkh province.
The documents show Ahmad Massoud Qayumi, a former acting head of fuel section at the dry port, has been recommended to the CEO’s office for the position of services section head at the port’s customs department on March 5, 2016 and the CEO office approved him on March 9, 2016.
