KABUL (Pajhwok): Chief Executive Officer Abdullah Abdullah has said “the menace of terrorism cannot be defeated unless the Muslim countries act as a united front to counter the extremist narrative.
Addressing the `13th Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC) summit in Istanbul, Turkey, on Friday, Abdullah said the Muslim countries needed to prevent distortion of Islam and invest heavily in the provision of social and economic facilities and opportunities for the Muslim youth.
He urged the OIC to strengthen the voices that spoke for the true teachings . . .
