KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani met the father of a 14-year-old boy Abasin who was found dead after being kidnapped and offered his condolences to the bereaved family, the Presidential Palace said on Saturday.
Ghani directed the authorities concerned to strictly follow the kidnap-killing case and ensure that justice was enforced on the perpetrators.
Abasin was kidnapped in the Kart-i-Naw area of Kabul about two months ago. A few days after his abduction, the kidnappers cut off one of his fingers . . .
