KABUL (HIA), led by Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, on Monday said its peace agreement with the Afghan government was against no one and was only aimed at ending the current differences in the country.
A statement from the Hekmaytar-led HIA said the party had honestly participated in peace talks with the government in order to rescue the war-affected country and Afghans from the vulnerable situation.
