WARSAW (Pajhwok): US President Barack Obama has said that his decision on troop’s level in Afghanistan was based on Washington military responsibilities and commitments with the Afghan government and its people, an official said on Saturday.
The US president expressed the view during a meeting with President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on the sideline of NATO Warsaw Summit 2016 being held in Poland, Presidential Spokesman Haroon Chakhansouri told Pajhwok Afghan News.
