MAIMANA (Pajhwok): A 20-year-old woman has been killed under mysterious circumstances over apparently having telephonic contact with a man in the Pashunkot district of northwestern Faryab province, an official said on Wednesday.
The security official, who wished to go unnamed, told Pajhwok Afghan News the woman, a resident of Chakmak locality, had ‘an affair’ with a man in Katla Qala area.
She left home and was on her way to meet the man but she was captured by a number of gunmen, the official said. The woman was handed over to local elders . . .
