KABUL (IWA) finds that the Kabul City municipality has failed in serving the masses who regard the department ‘a failure.’
IWA head Syed Akram Afzali told reporters here that through a 10 percent increase had come in the number of people happy with the municipality services in two years, yet the majority were not pleased with them.
In 2014, 34 percent people said they were happy with municipality services and the number of such people increased to 44 percent in 2016.
