KABUL leader Gulbadin Hekmatyar were set to sign the peace agreement on Thursday, an official said on Tuesday.
The peace agreement between the government and the HIA was inked last week after negotiations lasting two years.
On behalf of the government, the agreement was signed by High Peace Council (HPC) Chairman Pir Syed Ahmad Gilani and National Security Advisor Mohammad Hanif Atmar.
