SHARANA (Pajhwok): Nearly 500 welfare projects have been completed in southeastern Paktika province this year, but some projects could not be implemented due to insecurity, an official said on Saturday.
Paktika rural rehabilitation and development director Najibullah Jahid told Pajhwok Afghan News 490 projects worth 310 million afghanis funded by the Rural Development Ministry were executed this solar year
