KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani and Pakistani Prime Minister's Advisor on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz met on the sidelines of the Heart of Asia conference in Amritsar on Sunday.
Hours after arriving in the state of Punjab, they conferred on ways of bringing peace and stability to Afghanistan, according to an India news agency.
A day earlier, Afghanistan voiced its concern over Pakistan’s non-cooperative approach to the peace process. Kabul often blames the neighbour for rising attacks by militant groups operating from Pakistani soil.
