MIMANA/SHEBERGHAN (Pajhwok): Two children and a judge have been killed in two separate traffic accidents and three children wounded in a mortar shell explosion in northern Faryab and Jwzjan provinces, officials said on Monday.
Sultan Sanjer, the chief for Andkhoi district of Faryab province, told Pajhwok Afghan News that Abdul Latif a judge for Khwaja Sabzposh district court was died when his vehicle crashed with a car on Shah Mardan-Andkhoi highway late on Sunday.
