KABUL and children, in an accident in western Herat province, an official said on Wednesday.
The governor’s spokesman, Ghulam Jilani Farhad, told Pajhwok Afghan News a passenger bus flipped over on the road between Herat City and Adraskan district due to technical fault on Tuesday night.
A youth died and women and children were among 17 others wounded in the accident, he said, without giving further details.
