JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Intelligence agents have arrested two would-be suicide bombers before they could reach their targets in eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Thursday.
Attuallah Khogyani, the governor’s spokesman, told a press conference here that the detainees belonged to Bara sub-district of Khyber tribal region in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
He said the alleged suicide bombers had to receive suicide vests in the Khogyani district of Nangarhar.
