KABUL (Pajhwok): A London court is set to decide today (Wednesday) on the bail of application of a British soldier sentenced to life imprisonment after being convicted of killing an injured Afghan.
Sergeant Alexander Blackman, 42, has moved the Court Martial Appeal Court to grant him bail. The petition was heard last Friday, but Chief Justice Lord Thomas and Justice Openshaw adjourned the case until today.
