MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): The ongoing talks between President Ashraf Ghani and Balkh governor Atta Mohammad Noor were going in right direction and would yield results soon, the Jamiat-i-Islami Afghanistan party said on Monday.
The party’s deputy head, Zabihullah Firat, said Noor had entered talks with the president with full consent of the party and the talks would soon come to a logical conclusion.
He said Noor was holding talks with Ghani to achieve objectives which Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Abdullah Abdullah failed to get.
