SHARANA (Pajhwok): Education officials Monday said militants were receiving education at 70 seminaries in southeastern Paktika province to swell the insurgency.
Islamic education official in Paktika Mohammad Karim Atalwal told Pajhwok Afghan News the 70 madaris were not registered with the provincial education department and were operating on their own.
