KABUL CITY (Pajhwok): The National Procurement Commission (NPC) has approved 13 contracts worth 13 billion afghanis, the Presidential Palace said in a statement on Monday.
The statement said President Ashraf Ghani chaired the NPC meeting on Sunday night and approved the 13 contracts.
The contracts included the extension of five power transmission lines from Ghazni province to Kandahar province. One contract was about a second water supply scheme in Aibak city, the capital of Samangan province.
