KABUL (Pajhwok): The Salang Pass, linking Kabul with northern provinces, was reopened only for public transport buses on Monday morning after three days of closure due to snowstorms, an official said.
The highway, which passes through mountains in Parwan and Baghlan provinces, had been closed for traffic since Thursday due to severe snowstorms.
