KABUL Hazrat Umar Zakhelwal has expressed concern over the continued blockade of Torkham and Spinboldak crossing, the envoy wrote on his social media account on Thursday.
Zakhelwal said Torkham and Spinboldak crossing should have been reopened as it was agreed during talks with Pakistani authorities a couple of days back.
He lamented, the crossings points on the Durand Line between the two countries were unfortunately still remained shut.
He asserted formal trade and transit crossing . . .
