KABUL (Pajhwok): The National Procurement Commission (NPC) has approved 10 contracts worth four billion afghanis but returned the ring road project in Mehtarlam, the capital of eastern Laghman province.
A statement from the Presidential Palace to Pajhwok Afghan News said the contracts were signed in the NPC meeting chaired by the president at the Palace on Tuesday evening.
